What are my rights?

I was arrested in Texas for no front plate due to a wrecked truck and past due registration. First off, the officer did not read me my rights at any point (I have no warrants out nor gotten a violation since 1997 which was for speeding), my truck was sitting in front of my house and he towed it off which I had to pay to get it out, and I was stripped searched for whatever reason. I feel my rights violated. I was in jail for 9 hours with no idea why this was happening and they wouldn't set an amount to let me get out. First they did which my husband went to pay but when he came back to pick me up they said I would have to see a judge the next morning. I threatened to get an attorney that night to help me with the situation and instantly they put me in front of the judge and let me go with time served for 2 non-moving traffic violations which totaled around $167.00.
What can I do? I don't feel I should have gone to jail or got stripped searched for these violations.

See a Lawyer

Were you stripp searched by a male or female officer? Was your car on private property or on a public street? What did officers say at your arrest?

I was stripped searched by a female cop but why if it was non-moving traffic violations? Also, my truck was parked in front of my house but the arresting officer said it was towed due to the fact that I was arrested from the vehicle. Yet, I was at my front door when he came barreling into my front yard in his car. And last which makes me think I have a case is no rights were read to me when he made the arrest. As soon as I gave him my license and insurance he put the handcuffs on me. I had to ask him why he was arresting me.

About the rights not being read to you. The officer does not have to read you your rights just because he/she arrests you, to much TV. If an officer intends to interrogate you or wants to ask questions after the arrest then he/she better read you your rights. About all the other info you want answers on, I don't know. Maybe Texas does things different.
