Hi, I recently got a ticket for violation code 21453(b). I was told by the officer that I didn't come to a complete stop before turning right at the light. I've been getting conflicting advice on what I should expect for the fine. So, what should I expect for this fine?

Hi, I recently got a ticket for violation code 21453(b). I was told by the officer that I didn't come to a complete stop before turning right at the light. I've been getting conflicting advice on what I should expect for the fine. So, what should I expect for this fine?

Per the 2007 CA recommended bail and fee schedule (haven't seen the 2008 schedule, yet), your fine and fees should be at or around $146 and a point should be assessed against your driver's license.
