how should my husband word his plead of not guilty on a twenty one year old parking ticket, that just recently resurfaced last week. he has no intention to pay for a ticket that is this old since he has no recollection of getting it.

please advise!

Sounds like this guy (the husband) had a bad habit of not answering any of his tickets about two decades ago.

Just because it is old is not an excuse for not paying. Since he has no recollection then I guess he has no defense, so he will probably be found guilty pretty easily.
