For this violation in NJ: 39:4-66.2 Driving on public or private property to avoid a traffic sign or signal, I know there will be 2 points penalty. But what about the fine? I couldn't find anywhere about how much I have to pay for it. The only fine related to private property I can find is 39:4-56.6 Abandonment of vehicle on private property for $55. Are they the same thing?

Thank you very much. I really appreciate your help.

But what about the fine?
You could have called the telephone number of the issuing county court and they would also have given you this information.

Not including applicable court costs - if you decide to goto court - and any, applicable insurance rate increases.
Fine or imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, or both
Minimum $50
Maximum $200
