When would the points be added and how long would they stay??

Lets say i was ticketed on Jan 20 2006 and according to PA or any other state rules the points stay on the record for 2 years. If i contest this ticket and if i am found guilty in June or July depending on the court date. Would my points appear from June/July or would they be on the record from Jan 20 itself. Any insights please

It would make absolutely no difference to you, so stop asking irrelevant questions. It would just happen, and you don't have any choice. And, of course, as you did not bother to find out, PennDOT has all the answers on their website.
