Where traffic tickets were issued

What is the name of your state? FL

My license is suspended due to an unpaid ticket from Texas, but I have not been able to find out the county where exactly I got the ticket so I can pay it. Is there a resource where I can see what outstanding tickets that I have so I can pay what I owe. BTW the reason these tickets are unpaid is due to the negligence of my now ex-wife who said she sent off the money, but apparently didnt, and I am a soldier in Korea so I can not easily check on this information myself. Thanks
