white turn signals

What is the name of your state? Florida
I was pulled over and recieved a ticket 4 "having white bulbs as turning signals" I explained tot he officer that they are not white... that infact they were orange. I also implied that i could remove the bulb out of the casing to show him. I have installed new LENSES 4 my rear lights... but I have orange bulbs. The lenses say they meet the requirements for the 50 states... do i fight it?

Take the lens and bulb with you into court. A picture or 2 of them operating will help too. My 66 GTO came from the factory with clear parking light lenses and yellow bulbs.
