I was wondering if anyone knows if in the state of virginia a judge can issue a traffic violation. By accident i pulled out in front of a car and cut him off- the person pulled up next to me and said he was a judge and then threatened to give me a ticket for cutting him off. Does the judge have the power to do such a thing?
