Will i get points of for NYC Sec 1111 A2?

I was given a ticket today in NYC in violation of sec 1111 sub a2. The officer said that there won't be any point, can someone verify this? i looked up the violation and it reads : TRAFFIC DEVICE VIOL:FAILED TO YIELD - GREEN ARROW. Also, if i plea guilty and pay, i'm guessing it's associated with "ALL OTHERS" $40 Plus $50 Surcharge? Any help would be appreciated!
