I was recently cited for Willful Speed Competition. The officer recorded 55mph in a45mph but I know that he couln't have clocked me. I told him that I wasn't racing but he would'nt listen. I have already used my prayer for judgement and I cannot afford the possible increase on my insurance. Does anyone have any advice? Or can anyone help?
This occured in NC.

You should have asked to see the radar gun calibration. See if you could get this as it should be in the records.

Otherwise, I have no clue.
