Yesterday, a Texas DPS Trooper pulled over one our company's field service vehicles for crossing the median of I-20, in a highway construction zone. I must point of our that this work zone is OUR construction area, that we are performing work in. Do we have grounds to dispute this citation, seeing as how the driver was one of the actual workers in the work zone; and if so, on what grounds?
