worng county on notice

in OK, i got a suspension letter ,its says "court of kay county" i got a moving violation , i wasnt in kay county ,what can i do ??

File a notice of appeal of the suspension and contact the clerk of court for Kay County to find out the reason for the suspension.

miss comuication

but kay county has nothing to do with this , it was just an error, on the notice sent to me, i did get one in a county ,just not close by any means.
so can my case be dropped
