Worth fighting this in court?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Virginia
I got a speeding ticket (15 mph over - quite the speed trap). I argued in court, and lost, that the officer was inattentive to his duties since the ticket noted my car was grey (vs. brown), so therefore, we should logically assume he wasn't paying attention and that my ticket should be thrown out. That cost me $61 in court fees. To take it to District Court will be at least another $150 in court fees, and I don't want to throw away good money if there is no way for me to win. I also feel the lower court exhibited misconduct by starting 10 minutes late (both the judge and the officer were 10 minutes late), and during the session, the judge criticized a defendant for showing up late himself. I can afford the tickets and points aren't an issue.

Quit playing games. Pay the ticket. You have NO chance of 'winning'. Color of vehicle does not make you go slower.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

And you lost?

You are either doing something wrong or you never looked up the definition of a "speed trap"...
