wrong date

What is the name of your state? nj

is an incorrect date on the "date of incident" portion of a ticket automatic grounds for dismissal?

Not necessarily automatic, but usually pretty good reason to dismiss.... especially if you can prove that you were elsewhere at the stated date/time.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Quick Question

Couldn't the judge just ask you how you found out about the summons?

Would it be better to get proof of being elsewhere for the date and time of the ticket and then just not show up for court? Then when the letter comes in the mail, play dumb and then prove you were elsewhere.

Just curious.

No, FF.

A warrant will be issued for you and your driver's license will be suspended.

You will be picked up on the warrant and appear in court.

The officer will identify you as the person he issued the citation to.

You will "play dumb" and, I assume, say it wasn't you.

You will then be arrested for Perjury.....

And to think, I used to like cops. My wife is a meter maid and wears a police uniform but now I have to get her to quit. The next time I'm working when it rains, I won't talk to the cops that follow us from false alarm to false alarm. I won't say, "What's up?" when I see them at accidents. All this b/c I was treated this way. LoL

j/k, you know firefighters don't get tickets, that was a hypothetical.
