What is the name of your state? Ohio

I just received a speeding ticket today for doing 70 in a 55. The officer was "nice" enough to bump it down a mile so that I wouldn't get any points on my license. The officer put down 7/14 instead of 7/15.

Would it be feasible to contest the ticket due to this error?

It's possible, but the officer has an option of re-filing the ticket to correct it. Most of the time, the officer will just request to have it dropped rather than go through the hassle of re-filing. You should contact the court and ask about your ticket and if the court picked up the error or not.
