What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

Received a speeding ticket last month. The officer put my date of birth as the date. Can I get out of it? :D

Does the mistake call into question whether or not it was you who committed the infraction? Doubtful; if anything, it ties you to the incident (where else would he have come up with your date of birth?).

They are allowed to make mistakes. You will not get off based on a scrivener's error.
