I was clocked going 91 in a 70 as I was passing through Kansas on March 4, 2005. The officer's citation lists that the infraction occured on March 3, 2005. I have witnesses that will testify that I was not even in Kansas on March 3rd. Is there a chance that the ticket will be dismissed if I contest it?
