What are my options if the Wrong full name, wrong license, wrong birthdate, wrong social, wrong h/wght etc is on the speeding ticket. how did all this wrong info get put on the ticket? Were you using another person's license, maybe even an altered license?

Nope...I gave my license. That's all the officer asked for.

yes..the car is registered under that persons name
