Hi! I live in Colorado and got a ticket for driving too closely to another vehicle. On the ticket, he got my first name correct, but he listed my middle name as my last name. My last name does not appear on the ticket at all. Can I get out of the ticket because of this technicality? What do I say when I go to appear in court?
Thanks!

If you are sufficiently identified on the ticket (e.g., with a driver's license number) then no, you can't get out of it for the reason of using your last name for your middle name.
