Question

Wrong location on ticket

What is the name of your state? Texas
I was going 40 in a 35 but was ticketed as going 48. I told the officer this. I don't know if he tagged another car or what. I know that I was only going 40 because, as everyone does, I looked down at my speedometer when I saw him sitting in the parking lot of the church I work at. I was going 40. Also because he was in the church parking lot, I know that the address where I was alleged speeding is 4805 ne loop 820, but on the ticket the location says 5000 nb ne loop 820. Will a judge throw out this ticket because of either of these? What kind of information do I need to provide?
The officer was also on private property. Are they allowed to sit on private property scan people?

Radar is accurate for some distance and he could have tagged you in the 5000 block. nb is probably Northbound. He can sit in the lot unless the church complains. Take traffic school and keep it off your record.
