Wrong speed limit on citation

What is the name of your state?
Tx
I received a ticket for Speed Limit:36 Alleged Speed:46
Officer had originally told me 46 in a 35.
Posted speed is 35.
Try and get it dismissed or do traffic school.
Please advise.
