wrongful impound


What is the name of your state?ca.what is the appropiate
penality for not responding to a speeding ticket under 100mph?

My response:

The court requires you to move to either Georgia or Alabama to live with a beer guzzling trailer trash family for one year. The bad part, however, is sharing a bed with 87 year old Granny.

That's the appropriate penalty.

An FTA in court usually results in a license suspension and the possibility of a warrant being issued for your arrest. If your license was suspended for the failure to appear, that may explain the vehicle being impounded.

Would you care to elaborate on what happened?
