Child Labor/Hollywood ProductionWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? MI My minor son and I appeared on a talk show series. He was required by law to join a union for the four day stint in California and to be paid a wage. That was last year. They have since replayed the footage of him on the show. Is he legally entitled to payment for that? |

| Read his contract. Ask his union.

| Unfortunately I don't have the paperwork on either. I was hoping it was just a standard pat answer. |

| Nope. Depends on the terms of the contract and just how the reruns were used.
