What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Hello,

I found a picture on a website which was published as follow:

"Some rights reserved. This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 License. You are free to share or adapt it for any purpose, even commercially under the following terms: you must give a link to this page and provide a link to the license."

I use the image in my book (which will be used commercially)? Since i cannot add any link on the book, I do mention the author name under the picture. Is it a problem to do so?

Thank you in advance for replying

You can write out links, like this: http://www.copyright.gov

It is not a live link but it is a link.

Whether this is all that is required for you to satisfy the licensing terms, however, is something I can't tell you without seeing the entire agreement.

I am not sure if you are using the Creative Commons link as another example of how to write out links or if you posted the link for my benefit, justalayman.

If the latter, I am actually familiar with Creative Commons license agreements but I was trying to avoid interpreting the agreement for Boma. ;)

It was Emily litella. I always get them confused. It's like they are the same person under the obvious visage.
