Dissolving a Film/Theater LLC

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CT

My partner and I are dissolving a film/theater LLC. We have several produced short films and several unproduced screenplays. All of the copyrights of films and scripts are under the company name Bagel Fish LLC.

Questions:
-What are the copyright issues of the films and scripts? If the LLC owns the copyright what happens when we dissolve?
-Upon dissolving the LLC are we as individuals liable?
-We have had 3 investors (one has died) in a film script. Our agreements state they may not get there money back if the film is never produced or even if it is. If we dissolve the LLC, are we liable for this investment?
-Is there a way to retain the name of the LLC as a DBA or something that would cost less to operate? (we don't want to pay an accountant to file tax returns any longer.)

Thank you!
