| | | Non-disclosure "governing law" question New Mexico:
Most non-disclosure agreements have a "governing law" clause specifying what state or government entity controls the contract.
If I have an NDA signed in Texas, can the NDA state that the "governing law" state be NC? |

| | | Opps I do apologize; I apparently overlooked the answer.
As for Michigan:
Their penalty record is better and more consistent than most---it even rivals Penn St. Considering that fact, this program would send them into the national news. A 45% reduction in penalties in the 2008 season from their present average of 60 a season down to 33 would be a record number for sure.
If you have a son, brother, girlfriend, spy, whatever in the athletic department or on the team or coaching staff, well....
It's a win-win for the team who gets it, because there's no charge if we don't get results. |
