State is North Carolina.
My wife is a member of a product review group. The group members are not compensated. Up until recently, the group members simply met to review and test products for this company.
Recently, I discovered that my wife's image is on this company's product packing in stores across the US. My wife hasn't been compensated for the use of her image.
Q: Does my wife have a right to compensation for each unit of this product sold with her
image on it? (Celebrities and athletes are compensated for use of their image) |
