Question regarding illegal torrents.

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan.

hello, I really had no idea where to post this so anyway.

I was wondering if it is legal to link from my website to another site that is linking to an illegal music/movie torrent?

Why would you think that it would be legal to make a connection to a website that you KNOW is in turn connected to an illegal one?

I get the intent of what you're saying, Hot Topic, but aren't there other considerations as to the intent of the linked site?

You can find illegal copyright-infringing material via Google, Myspace, YouTube, etc. Does this mean you can't link to those sites? (We're all in trouble, if that's the case!)

I think this issue is something that has yet to be resolved.
