Regarding publishing strategic information

USA

I have this idea for a book: Research classical strategy and the internet and attempt to creat a strategic campaign to conquer the world.

This book would be homourous, and not intended for real world use, but it would be a sound strategy.

Would this violate any crazy laws where the military or law would be involved.

Just looking for a good book topic.
