Skillgaming website ripoff...anything actionable here?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? North Carolina

Played for over 5 years, recently won a large tournament for hundreds of dollars, and my account was locked and closed and all my money confiscated. The below e-mail is what I got:

"Hi, thank you for your e-mail. Our security system is showing strong indications that you have been using external software in our games. This forced us to initiate a manual investigation which could confirm this suspicion. This is not only unfair to our other users but also a breach of our terms & conditions. We have therefore decided to donate your winnings to Freeroll tournaments. Kind regards, Bruno King.com / Abuse & Security"

Here is a link to the terms and conditions: Play Free Online games at King.com

Situation: I haven't been using software to gain an advantage, therefore, they can not possibly have any proof. They illegitimately withheld my winnings, as well as money I deposited. They are not a US company, I am a US citizen. Do I have ANY recourse?

Regards,
Rahn

That's akin to OJ saying that the knife manufacturer should have never sold him the knife because, after all, they should have expected him to use it.
Thanx YAG
