What is the correct procedure to follow
when you are not satisfied with the
goods or services (especially services)
purchased with a credit card? Is there
a certain period of time in which you
have to notify the credit card/loan
company? What should you put in the
letter? Should it be sent by registered
mail?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!

My response:

The instructions are right on the back of any of your Credit Card Statements. It begins with: "If you dispute a charge . . . "
