Looking to get some help on filing for a EIN. I started a LLC for my business. I filed for a EIN under the LLC option and it assigned me a EIN for a Sole Proprietor. I want to add my wife as a owner of the business so she can open the bank acct handle the finances etc as I dont have time to since I have a day job. Not sure how I go about adding her as a member of the LLC and the EIN for tax purposes. Do I need to change the EIN since we will be using the "Pass through tax" method? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
