I was an officer in a corporation I formed along with some friends back in college (3/00, FL). We never did any business/make any money under this corporation (to my knowledge), and over time I lost touch with the other officers. The corporation was evetually administratively dissolved (9/01) due to not filing a Anual/Uniform Business Report.

My question is:
-Can this in any way affect my ability to form another corporation?
-Although the status is inactive, should I still resign my officer position (if possible), in the case the other officers try to reinstate this corporation (I want nothing more to do with this corporation)?
