I have a question for anyone familiar with Indiana state law regarding adult businesses.
1. What is the legality of selling pornography in Indiana? Nothing weird, just Playboys and Hustlers. I’m assuming that it is a controlled material and as such I have to register for some type of license to sell it. However I have been unable to find anything online about such a license.
2. What is the legality of producing pornography in Indiana? Does the People v. Freeman ruling by the California Supreme Court hold jurisdiction in Indiana? Or does Indiana state law work differently?
3. Would a registered LLC face less liability in such cases?
I would greatly appreciate any input on these questions as I can’t find anything online to answer them.
