I was just wondering if we need to get an affadavit of publication if I start an LLC, and what exactly is an affadavit of publication. I am guessing it is some sort of notifcation that I published my business name somewhere.
I guess this question also assumes that I need to publish my business name in a newspaper, but is that true for an LLC? and if so, how oftend do I have to do it? Thanks for the information in advance.
