There are many companies and forms out there to do it. Does anybody suggest a legitimate form package, or company? We heard of Nevada State Corporate Network, Inc. in Las Vegas who have the website corpthis.com. They offer all these services for $774 or so including building business credit, assett protection, incorporate your co. in Nevada, business address etc. We don't have this kind of $ and wonder if it's reputable and legitimate. Any advice?

Why do you need to incorporate? Why can't you continue the operate the way you are operating? There are a lot of ongoing costs to a corporation above and beyond the initial set-up cost. Perhaps and hour sitting down with a local business attorney would be a better use of your money at this point.
