I am an Indian citizen wanting to start a corporation most probably in the New Jersey state and would like to learn of the various legal options available to me like joining a local citizen, raising foreign & local subscription of stock or shares etc. Looking to total guidance including problems relating to immigration as I would like to settle in the US together with my family ultimately. Whatever Cost or Fee payable does not matter in as far as I am in a position to receive sound and lasting total guidance.
