I am an alien student in NYC, with F1 visa status. I would like to go into partnership and register a company. My question is: is it possible for me to register a company without having a green card or US passport?
I need to register the partnership as soon as possible because, the business is seasonal, also I have aquired a loan which needs to be returned within 1 year.
My other question is, if My status is leqible for going into a parnership. where do I start. and what are other useful links that could help me.
