Our company offers consulting services with an ERP software called Syteline, and recently attempted to attend a NE Regional meeting offered by a User Group organization of which we are supporting members. Supporting members are entitled was per the ByLaws of the User Group to attend such events, but have no vote in changing or ammending Bylaws. We were refused access to the Meeting for reasons that we suspect are to prevent competing third party vendors (non-affiliated with the ERP software company) from attending.
