What is the name of your state? TEXAS
I have recently incorporated a company in the state of Texas. I don't know which all forms I need but I know what all I want to do. So, please advise me on which all forms would I need,
**I want to do the following**::
1. Directors(mentioned in the articles of incorporation) want to hold a meeting and appoint officers (president, secretary).
2.Now, I also want to distribute the stocks to the directors.
3.Now, I want to appoint additional officers.
Please advise - all the forms I need. And if I would also need 'Revenue stamps' for fixing on the forms and on the stock-certificates.
