On 4-20-99, we had a transmission fixed by a auto repair shop. They gave us a 1 yr. warranty on it. 1 month later we were pulling the transmission out to have it rebuilt again. We drove the car until 2-15-00 when the transmission went again. We received a new receipt, with no warranty written on it. But here it is, 9-5-00 and the transmission has gone out again. What can we do?
