Hello and Thanks in Advance!

Basically I want to go to a business, discuss whether it can create a product for me. The product is not currently available.

I want to be able to freely discuss the details without worrying about the business "running" with my idea thereby competing with me or worse completely stealing my product idea.

Cheers,

Ray

Then you don't need a do not compete you need a non-disclosure agreement.
