California - a customer is wanting to sue me for selling her a car product that did not work on her car, there was never any receipt issued, but she did write me a check.. it was out to my name, not my business.. now she is sueing because I do not want to help anymore, simply for the fact that i've already replaced her clutch once, and she keeps bugging me. Can she sue me and win?
