Please help me! When I relocated my business I took out an ad in my local phone directory. When they sent the copy for the ad, apparently they tacked on renewal for old ads in previous books which I did not intend to renew. I was not contacted at all, they just published for 2001-2002 on this piece of paper in two other directories. It will cost me thousands if I cannot get out of this. the advertising was not successful to begin with and we have relocated and do not wish to do business in the old books. I've never had this experience where they just write something up and don't contact you. This really was quite devious. Can I get out of it? Does the PUC have anything to do with this. Time is of the essence here because they want me to approve advertising in the new book and I cannot until I determine the "damages" if any. Thank you
