I'm considering opening a Restaurant in Clay County, Florida. It's within 200 feet of a school. Because of this we are unable to purchase a liquor or a Beer/Wine License. We were informed that we could get a "bottle" license which allows our patrons to bring their own alcohol beverage to consume while on our premises. I have not been able to find any information on this "license".
I'm looking for someone who might have some information or could direct me to the proper department or agency.
