I am in a commerical lease for 3 years with a partner that has not paid her half of the rent for the 1st year. We are no longer speaking, however, she comes into the business and we have had a few altercations over this situation. I have disolved the partnership legally, however, she will not leave the lease nor will she sign a statement that she no longer wants to be on the lease. She is making my life in business unbearable.
