We are purchasing a vac truck in Oklahoma. What kind of forms do we need? A private company is replacing it's leased truck and are purchasing it and then reselling it to us. We are giving them a deposit but other than a Bill of Sale what do we need. It might be a month after we put the deposit down that we are able to purchase the truck. Is there a form that would allow us to back out of the purchase and get a refund on our deposit if the truck is damaged while waiting until the lease is up? Many thanks. tom
