What is the name of your state? Arkansas.
I have two questions.
1. I live in an apartment complex. Can I register a small business with my apartment address as the business address?
2. If Someone from outside of Arkansas (e.g. NY State) wants to use my apartment address as their business address, What will my liabilities be. Will I be responsible for any expenses/taxes etc? Can I change my apartment when I want to move to a different apartment complex without any hassles. What will happen if I decide to move out of Arkansas into another state.
