My company official name is Jeffrey Landscape, Inc. On my website I am advertising as Jeffrey Landscape Design. Can I go by this other name if all official contracts, payments etc. go by Jeffrey Landscape Inc. ? Can do this of do I have to show my official name?

Once your corporation is registered (and licenced, if necessary) by the NY Sept. of State, ignoring any potential copyright/trademark issues, you are free to operate under any DBA you like.
