What is the name of your state? Hawaii.
I'm starting an online business and I need to know if I can use the name I've chosen, Online School (not the real name but similar). I've searched online and no business in my state has this name. In other states the business name does come up as California Online School, Florida Online School, Christian Online School etc. Would I be able to use this name for an e-business or is it too similar to other e-business names in other states? I have searched trademarks and have come up with the name but it says "dead" next to it, nothing in the Thomas Register either. Am I alright to use it? Thank you in advance for your time.
